Good intentions don’t always last. Less than a dozen days into new year and many people have already given up on their determined plans for 2017.
This is not disappointing. It is just real life and a symptom of habits that have been ingrained over a lifetime. Habits and routine are hard to break and super discipline is needed to create new life progress.
It’s a simple reality that life sees people creating habits and then settling into a groove. Many people refer to this is a comfort zone.
For lasting change to occur, a person has to have reach what I call their total point of readiness. They have to know that the benefits and value associated with the changes are essential to their progress, their health, their happiness and maybe even their sanity.
One thing is for certain, lasting change comes on the back of a determined mind and a robust, achievable plan for change. It does not come on a whim.
The role of different coaches is sometimes key to change. You cannot always do it alone. You do not need to do it alone. There are diet coaches, fitness coaches, business coaches, network marketing coaches, mind coaches and nutrition experts out there. Many of them have proven track records and reasonable prices.
You don’t need to tackle the challenge of change alone.
COME DECEMBER 2017, ARE YOU GOING TO LOOK BACK ON A YEAR OF AMAZING PROGRESS – OR MORE GOALS THAT YOU COULD NOT FIND THE TIME OR ENERGY TO PURSUE?
